  Contrary to the delivery estimated time of 6 Feb 2025, the book was only delivered on 17 Feb 2025. The buyer accepts this is no fault of the seller. However, upon receipt of the book, the buyer found out the book is a former library copy of a law firm, with the usual stamps of as a library book. The seller failed to mention this in the ebay nor provide the photos of the same. This is a material fact that the seller should have mentioned.
