Amazing Seller! They really went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. They were always polite and professional when answering our endless queries, and in the end made a bespoke mattress just for us! Delivery was well organised and quick with a lovely company. Company provided a very good service and super fast delivery too. If you need a mattress in an emergency, I would recommend this seller, very good communication (I’ve also used their sister company too in the past) however I received a message saying my mattress had been upgraded, it lead me to believe the one I ordered was out of stock perhaps? Being told I’d receive an alternative, hence not quite a 5* rating for the description.
