  Much to my disappointment, there was a defect with the item on arrival (which was listed as new!) . While the item was “new” at a glance, the zipper was defective/broken/misformed, making it unzippable/unusuable. I contacted the seller, who said they were unaware of the defect and they graciously refunded me to make the discrepancy right!
