Firstly, it hasn't been a month yet since you ordered. Unfortunately you for some reason had them sent to an address that you do not live at. This is not our fault at all. As the tracking shows they are being returned to sender but haven't been received by us yet hence no refund being processed. Once returned we will refund. You haven't contacted us about this, had you we would have explained all of this to you.

As we stated via message it looks like the foil has ripped upon opening, items are obviously not second hand- the thousands upon thousands of items we send every year with positive feedback clearly attests for this. It literally makes no sense what so ever to send a second hand item as obviously the receiver would request and be entitled to a refund which business would survive with that business method?
