  Unfortunately because of courier problems I never received the item. The seller was so prompt with their reply and said that they would issue a refund immediately to rectify the problem. I'm very grateful they wanted to get things sorted straight away. Thank you so much. They offered a full refund and to send me the product again. I was very impressed with their service.

  Ordered 2x waited 10days, and was delivered 1x. Ordered from somewhere else and offered to return the 1x pump they sent. Seller Refunded me for both pumps and didn't want me to return 🤷‍♂️ Wasted 10days, got one pump as a spare, and my money returned... so cannot leave neutral or negative, but doesn't help when trying to run a business.

  This is the first time I'm actually having such extremely positive experience from an ebayer. Initially the item came with a wall socket plug missing, then I contacted the seller to request for the plug to be sent, or I send back the item, them get a refund. On the positive side, this seller requested I keep the warmer for free, then offered to send another type of warmer with a car plug, a wall socket plug, and an extension plug because the wall plug isn't a UK plug.   I received a wrong item, i contacted the seller ,the seller confirmed that a wrong item was send by mistake ,the seller promise to send the correct item next day , but after one week the item still hasn't beensend out , msg seller again - no any answer, asked ebay customer service to help me , got full refund, just lost a lot of time... dot recommend this seller

  Arrived on time haven't unpacked yet bought for my nephew says he does not want it he's had three before and the same thing happened the input feed broke off and couldn't get money back so went to trading standards they said it was unsafe eventually got money back off one saw he doesn't want another. He has sent away for an Amazon one
