I had to chase the item as it hadn't arrived. The tracking number didn't work either. I received no response from the seller. In the meantime, I had a card from Royal Mail, advising me that a seller had underpaid postage of £5. It turned out to be for this (I had been expecting something else and thought it was that). Contacted seller again, with photos,as I shouldn't have to pay this but no response again. Wouldn't have paid it I had known it was for chocolate Complained to eBay.
