  It turns out that the first rack I ordered was defective, one of the bars was cut 1/2 inch too short. I ordered and paid for another one. The seller said they would have sent me a replacement for free if we had communicated better. The new rack works perfectly. I like the fast shipping and the quality of the rack.

  Bolts that were supplied were not long enough, messaged the seller and they just replied telling me they were long enough and then didn’t reply after that. Had to order some longer bolts so that I could fit the roof bars to my car. Picture is with all the fittings in place on the side rail and the supplied bolt in place, it does not protrude through the bottom plate to allow you to attach the nut. Would not buy from or recommend as they were not helpful and just dismissed my messages.
