  egret buying this unit. The radio doesn’t work as described – no sound output, and it doesn’t communicate properly with my car’s amplifier system. Right out of the box, it had major issues. I contacted the seller as instructed before opening a dispute, and after a few short replies, they completely stopped responding. Now the return window has closed and I’m stuck with a useless product and no support. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this seller and this product at all costs.
