  Do you believe that buyers in the UK should tolerate such practices? It is deeply disappointing that eBay continues to allow sellers who disrespect their customers by advertising one thing and delivering something entirely different. The item I received is unacceptable, even if it had been offered for free. It's a complete rubbish piece of plastic and mentioned that it is made of glass. I cannot recommend this seller, who shows no regard for their buyers. This picture is what was advertised.

  Very disappointed Unfortunately the order what was advertised never arrived. No poles, no carpet base was included in the delivery from “eufoushop” only the dividing rope. Nothing as advertised. I tried to ask for return label or return address, non of this was provided by the seller. Never order from eBay again. Bad service, fake company :(

  This was the worst experience with a seller I have had in 16 years. Mis-representing and sending the wrong item, claimed it was right when I showed them the photos. Messing me around for a week and then the audacity of holding my refund to ransom for better feedback, until I started getting ebay involved. Cant say anything bad about the shipping time though. Stupid enough to still send me this form to change the feedback too even after warning them that it would not be any better.
