    Awful seller: I asked to return an item as it did not meet the description. Immediately the seller sent me a hostile message, threatening to report me to ebay (which is within their rights, of course). However, they claimed the item was not returned in the same condition as I had received it, as a way to avoid return postage costs. That was an absolute lie, as I looked at the item, took a photo, and immediately put it back into the same packaging. Ebay stepped in and refunded in full

    Dear buyer, We had to report you and banned you from coming back. we just don't understand why you kept coming back buying from us and returning items and asking us to pay for your return for great quality items. you didn't mention that you used a tiny skinny hair band from other seller's to compare our large size scrunchie and claimed our size is too big for you to get a free return. All the measurement is on the listing, the size and colour is correct and everything does match description,

    Checking my purchases I can see I bought off you twice last year - obviously couldn't believe that someone would keep selling a misleading item. I do not buy skinny little items but small ones from other sellers who label their items correctly. Obviously I won't ever buy from you again as you are a hateful seller giving decent sellers a bad name

    I received an email notifying me there would be a delay on delivery which was good communication but I requested to cancel the order. It arrived the day after! When I informed the buyer of this they were so understanding and straight away offered a solution. I couldn’t ask for more from them! I have used the machine and I am glad I kept it as it is really good.
