  Goods arrived damaged in several places. The filter itself is quite brittle and thinner than the original. Also the packaging wasn't as thick as it could have been. Damage may have been the fault of the courier. That said, I contacted the seller and a refund was issued straight away. The filter is a complete circle and unlike the original doesn't have a gap to slip it onto the cord so if it hadn't been damaged I don't know how it would have worked without removing the plug.

  The scratch proof gloves are not as advertised because I was pricked through the gloves when handling thorny roses and brambles. I informed the company who offered me a £2 refund and to keep the gloves. I declined, giving the reasons above. They then offered me half a refund and to keep the gloves which I also declined and repeating my reasons. They have now asked me to send pictures or a video as proof of my complaint, how do you show that? 🤷‍♀️. Still fighting for a refund.
