    No issues with the seller at all, speedy communication and kept me updated. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged but this was out of the sellers’s hands as it was the internal packaging which wasn’t visible from outside of the box. Parts were snapped off the figure and one piece was missing entirely. Don’t recommend the product but the seller was faultless and offered a return/refund immediately.

    Not sellers fault but the quality of this figure is so poor . The finish on accessories is bad especially on the silver parts of guns knives etc. was sent out late and EVRI did a number on parcel all banged about pieces popped out of internal packaging. I just threw it away not displaying this with my collection. Only purchased as I liked the grey and black in pictures anyway.

    The seller was brilliant when I had some queries as it arrived with an odd odour. It was put down to packaging as it has started to fade when left out. No UKCA markings and still waiting for a final confirmation. I can’t fault the seller's communication. Excellent.

    As described, super soft, perfect detail and perfect size, my daughter is going to be very happy on xmas day. Arrived in very tight packing so was very surprised on the size. The only downfall was delivery by Evri, they were delayed on delivery day and time then delivered at 10pm, they just left package on doorstep and left, luckily I was still awake and had ring doorbell. Apart from that I'm really pleased and would definitely recommend.

    These are fantastic. Really detailed image of the pokemon inside. The little stand that lights up makes them extra special. Lovely present. Seller kept me updated and tracking number, quick delivery and very safely packaged.
