    They arrived broken and sent pictures. I asked multiple times for a refund. But seller was argumentative and insisted that I jump through all kinds of hoops to get my refund. My God the ear was broken of both figurines

    The truth is that you said you loved them and were going to glue the ears back on. I offered you a partial refund if you wanted to keep them. Or, you could return them to me for a full refund. You emphatically said "noooo" - you wanted to keep them & get a full refund. I asked for photos so I could submit an insurance claim & u said no! I have really tried to accomodate you but you just want them for free and that is not fair and to leave me a negative is even worse.
