  Following on from my earlier communications with the seller, and Ebay itself, on leaving my premises at 2130 hrs today, there sitting on my doorstep, was my order. which I emphasise was not there earlier today, and again, not placed in an enclosed porch,which I don't have anyway ! So thank you Ebay, and you the seller, as your prompt intervention on my behalf, has sorted the matter out, rapidly ! Thank you again,Ebay. you are as good as your word !

  In giving feedback it gives no option over than to pick positive?? I have not had a positive experience at all . I need them replaced now not in 7 days ! Items not securely packed like normal . Nearly every container was open . Contents spilled over the inside of the box . 1 container completely empty 1 half full . Messaged seller have had no response. Very disappointed as I have bought from this company before with no problems

  Items were as described and at a very good price, they also arrived quickly. My only concern was the plastic envelope they were posted in. The items were all soft cardboard and thus without any extra packaging were as flat as pancakes when they got here. It didn't matter for these particular items but I would worry about anything else I was ordering from this supplier.

  Value for money product as described which was dispatched & arrived on time. Can recommend Seller ! One slight issue was the packaging didn't ensure the contents were in prinstines state :(. The cardboard box of my purchase (dental floss) box was smashed but didn't really affect the actual product inside but a little something for sellers to consider in future probably. Overall no issues except the packaging of the product delivered
