    Although there was a minor hiccup in that unfortunately a incorrect item had been mispicked in the wharehouse a email from myself to the seller , Mark resulted in a swift responce and turnaround such that the correct item was delivered today and can be given as a present in good time , mistakes inevitably can occur , how quickly and considerately they are rectified says a lot more about the seller and their business , would absolutely buy again from this seller.
