    Very Bad Seller. I bought this item on 3rd May . On the add seller says 3 days free delivery. I waited until May 15. . Between the item I messaged several times , seller never ever responded. Try to don't waste your time, to buy something from this seller

    The item is good value and replaces an identical lock that we have been very pleased with. Ordered on 5.5.24, marked as dispatched on 10.5.25 and delivered 18.5.24 so not the quickest of deliveries if speed of delivery is important

    I ordered around 15-20 locks. I waited 4 days and had to email the seller because they didn’t post. Then when they did eventually reply. They lied saying that they would upgrade to delivery to special delivery. Still two days later and still no locks or tracking number! Avoid this seller!

    The ebayer ordered 10 locks (not 15-20! now who's a Liar) over a weekend when we are closed, we have a 3 day handling time before items are packaged and posted as described on our business page, however we did upgrade the postage to 1st class next day before 1pm as per the proof of postage that was sent to the buyer. the items were delivered.
