  The item purchased itself wasn't the greatest, not the sellers fault, but the seller went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. They made sure the problem was resolved with the manufacturer and we're very professional and prompt with their responses. The packaging all came intact as well with no visible damage from shipping. I highly recommend purchasing from this store. They have amazing prices and exceptional customer service!

  The item I received was over priced, poor quality, not as described, arrived late, and had damage. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to accept a return. It wasn’t until I got eBay involved that they finally agreed to take the item back promising a lower refund amount. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability was beyond frustrating. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

  I had an excellent experience with this vendor! The service was outstanding, and the package arrived in perfect condition, securely wrapped in bubble wrap and well-packaged with no damage.   This sale went sidewards, the item was improperly packaged, and I refused to take possession. This was something beyond the Seller's control and to thier credit, they gave me a complete refund.
