    I was wary of buying a PC off of eBay but FalconsPC put me at ease, 100% positive feedback is what they have and what they deserve. The seller was in communication throughout the process. The item arrived packaged so well even the delivery drivers couldn't damage it, the seller was worried about the GPU not surviving the journey so included it boxed separately and helped install it via video call. Now the PC is up and running, quick and smooth, FalconsPC are knowledgeable and brilliant!

    Excellent product delivered with extra care (literally). I could not be happier! Daniil packed tower computer with the lateral crystal with a lots of bubble wrap and cardboard so that the end parcel was genuinelly well protected. I just unwrapped the parcel, connected the power cable, switched on, and everything was already functional. Delivered one week later than order due to GPU shortage, but Daniil always contacted me to keep me up to date.Very happy with overall purchase experience, thanks!

    There was uncertainty at first with ebay's reputation, but I can confirm that both the pc and the seller is amazing! The PC was delivered in perfect condition, It performs way better than I expected, offers brilliant value for money considering it costs £850 and I would say it looks amazing. The seller did an amazing job at keeping me updated and despite the delivery being a bit late, I was given a better SSD as compensation! Brilliant seller who cares about their customers! Highly recommended!

    I received the computer 11 days after the deadline. In the meantime the seller lied that it was sent. and then he was silent. The computer was shipped 1 day before it was received . The computer is not in accordance with the agreements. There was supposed to be one 32 RAM stick and he gave two 16 - because it was cheaper. My daughter is still happy ( that was gift for birthday) but customer service terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED
