  My Landdoudou doll arrived in a very secure package. She was wrapped in bubble wrap and other wrappings to protect her head, body and legs. She was in a soft satiny box liner for more protection to the doll and had a face protector also. She arrived a little later than originally estimated, but when the seller was asked about the late delivery. she was very prompt in taking care of it. The doll's joints were tight. Faceup was very close to the photo of the doll in the ad. I'm happy. Karen
