I was out In the front Garden when PARCELFORCE came and I told the Driver " Thats for me " he asked me to open the front door to prove I lived at the address on the Box and so he could take a photo .... what fantastic service I didn't mind at all as any other delivery service would leave It anywhere .... just to get rid !

  Package was dispatched after one working day with no updates on the app until I messaged to ask. After not receiving 2 working days later and 2 messages sent to the seller with no reply. I had no card left by the courier or updated whatsoever, until I manually tracked the package and located it at the post office (which they new nothing about). Terrible customer service by the seller and the postal company both as bad as eachother. Reason I order online is for convenience I received the opposite
