  Der Artikel kam leider beschädigt aus dem Ausland an. War ich enttäuscht, weil er durch Zoll und Versand doch sehr teuer für die Qualität war . Der Verkäufer hat ganz HERVORRAGEND reagiert nachdem ich Bilder geschickt habe. Hat sofort ne Rücküberweisung veranlasst, waren wenigstens 2/3 des Gesamtbetrages. Hab gedacht er spricht perfekt Deutsch, hat er aber nach eigener Auskunft nur mit Übersetzer gemacht .

  We had a coffee grinder converted into a lamp and asked Mamma if she could design us a coffee themed lampshade. The level of service received was outstanding. The shade arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The quality is very good and the value for money is fair. The shades and tones in the shade were just perfect for the lamp. Couldn't be more happy with the result and the service. Will definitely use Mamma again, we have similar lamps that need shades replaced in the future. Great
