  Unfortunately, the beautiful mirror I purchased was cracked down the middle when I received it but seller was very responsive to the problem and issued me a refund. Packaging could have been a little better to help prevent the damage but it looked like USPS didn’t do it any favors either. Would still recommend seller for good communication and addressing the issue.

  Items were as described. Box arrived damaged. Bubble wrap taped to plates in places but bubble wrap and cardboard kept the plates intact and tape didn’t damage silver trim. Thank you!
