    Although order confirmed by email , items were out of stock offered alternative colour I accepted Items arrived one was faulty I asked for a refund Seller offered a replacement for faulty one I accepted Replacement arrived, not a hair clip, but a pony tail bobble I complained again Seller advised the pair were for one hair slide & one bobble, not clear on the wording on site, but says picture shows one of each shown on website. I have requested a refund, now 15 days since order placed. AVOID

    Item Number 153751928801 (50 Girls 2mm Thin School Uniform Endless Hair Elastics Bobbles Bands Ponios) Actual Item photo in the listing looks great and is described as "100% HIGH QUALITY" but what you receive is far from looking anything like the listing photo and is not of "100% HIGH QUALITY" they are an absolute load of rubbish! I have never had the misfortune of buying such a trash item prior to this purchase, yes I accept at £3.99 they are cheap but you don`t expect to receive such trash!
