    Rug was not quite what I expected colour wise so started a return which with such a heavy large item I thought it was going to be a problem. It was not, seller was very helpful from the minute I started return. Just took to post office, no problem and refunded as soon as rug reached seller. The rug itself was as described in good condition but colours a little different as you would expect from a picture. Very pleasant and easy to deal with seller.
