  I ordered 3 Anita Goodesign Books with CD they arrived ripped and the books a bit damaged. See pictures. They were not packed in anything but a eBay bag. Noticed the seller, all they did was apologize. I was surprised how this was shipped with little care how they would arrive. They are new, but mine were damaged. Disappointed.
