  Sent the order out even though I had asked to cancel it. Way before it was sent but they didt read the messages. Managed to get a £12 refund back out of £29:10 and was told to keep them. Took ages to reply to me and kept repeating the messages. I gave up and just accepted the refund to be over and done with. The wallpaper itself is individually wrapped in a grey bag. And is not to bad a quality.
