FlameFoner is designed to provide cheap reliable backup phones for Seniors, Kids , Disabled and Venerable people to stay in touch.

The motivation for setting up FlameFoner was the experience of having a family member with Dementia and declining cognitive abilities. It helps to mitigate the cost of having to keep replacing lost phones.

We also realised that we could assist individuals who have suffered violence, controlling and cohesive behaviour, to have a secret backup phone for emergencies or to call for help.

We are a proud supporter of both "Stand Up To Domestic Violence" and "Dementia UK"

    The phones arrived very swiftly in factory sealed boxes. Unfortunately they didn't meet expectations and were returned. A returns request was initiated which automatically issued a pre-paid tracked Royal Mail postage label. After the seller received the return a full refund was issued and received within a day including the postage. Although I was frustrated with the phones, the supplier honoured a refund and for that I cannot fault them.

    The delivery driver attempted to deliver my mobile phone, then I found out thru photo tracking the phone, oh yes lazy very lazy in deed, left my parcel in a door way landing, not even tryed to climb the stairs no flats on that landing it's the landing soon as u come in, that is not professional at all. So I want a full refund please. And I will never use that delivery again not if I can help it. That was terrible experience . Specially when I have paid for all my parcels thanks
