When I received the clock and plugged it in, the motor was making a lot of noise. Shortly thereafter, it died. I asked for a refund, and he wanted me to pack it up and mail it back. Pack up a dead clock, drive to the post office, get in line and mail it?? I said to forget the $36 total, all I want is my lousy $22.50. The answer was 'No.' Be aware that, if something goes wrong with an item you buy - maybe for a lot more than $22.50 - you are in for a big time hassle. BUYER BEWARE.
