    After having an issue with delivery from Royal Mail I messaged Tom who was very responsive and shipped out another order without hesitation. Great communication and was kept informed throughout. Graphics look great quality and can’t wait to get them on the bike. He added a few extra stickers which was a nice gesture. Great seller. Thanks again 👍🏻

    Item was as described but arrived folded which made creases in vinyl I messaged seller but was not offered replacement or refund not exactly amused 😕

    You had messaged me regarding this on a Sunday and I’d still replied to you within 30 minutes requesting you kindly open a return so I could take care of this. You went completely silent and hadn’t replied since. I’m not sure what you’re expecting me to do if you can’t communicate. Sunstrips are rolled not folded as I explained to you initially advising it had clearly been squashed by Royal Mail at some point and therefore willing to deal with it. Please communicate before telling tales. - Tom
