    The product, although just what I required and was despatched in a timely manner, arrived damaged at my home address - Presume the damage was caused in the postal system, the product being bent and consequently the metal was deformed - Contacted the supplier who were absolutely spot on - No issue and despatched a new one on the same day of contact having offered the option of a refund or replacement. The courier XPD was friendly enough but the item arrived an hour later than the two hour estimated slot.
