    The yellow/ochre dress sent (plain material) was nothing like the dress in the photos (which had a bit of texture and detail) - see photos. I was offered a small partial refund (I refused), then a slightly higher partial refund (again, I refused), then I only got a full refund when I said I was going to open a case with eBay. This is totally disingenuous and just a waste of time and effort. It’s so annoying … sellers should not ‘lie’ by misrepresenting their items to potential customers!
