  Item did not arrive on time, I did contact seller to ask for update on where item was, but to no avail, communication non existent, I had to buy replacement for my boys birthdays, that cost me more to have nect day delivery, based on delivery very poor, communication poor , not a positive outcome , no pictures given didn’t receive for birthday

  Absolute nonsense! You bought from us on a Sunday evening and complained on the Friday morning that your item had not been delivered. We replied to you within 20 minutes to tell you that your item was tracking as out for delivery. Within an hour or two the tracking had changed to delivered. We advertise 3-5 working day courier and your item was delivered within this timeframe. We are a tiny family business & despatch daily to give the best service we possibly can. Please shop elsewhere.
