    Great purchase, very happy with it but as seller informed was delivered to the wrong charity by EBAY not due to the seller who clearly marked the parcel for the British Heart Foundation BUT was delivered to the Salvation Army in the same shopping mall but their honesty; was delivered by them to me! So it was late as delivered to wrong location!

    I can confirm that this seller is a waste of time.. been refunded though.. good job.. but still waste of time.. ordered an item 31st of March and stated that it has been dispatched yet havent printed the order yet. Contacted them and they replied that they had a problem with their embroidery machine,. Beent told it will be sent during late afternoon of 9th of April... and thats it.. they vanished.. no reply whatsoever .. 😅😅.. do not waste your time putting order here. 😅. Date today 17/03/25

    The customer asked for a custom design on their cap which we did for them, unfortunately it didn't stitch well so there was a delay in the order while re rectified that. Unfortunately we were out of the office on the days in which the customer messaged us so we were unable to reply as it was a Friday/Saturday.
