  item received quick but damaged as only put in a sheet of carboard with no other packaging as it is a frame contacted seller who told me to return item to them. asked them to send me a returns label or even a small refund £2.00 to cover the repair as it just needed strong glue to repair the 4 corners. I gave them 6days to reply but no reply.the item would have been good value if the quality had been up to stanard. I have a craft business. if i had treated my customers like this I would go bust.

  I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received. The frame we sent was broken in transit so we asked you to open a return so that we can send a prepaid returns label. The frame is not repairable so I don't think you should try it, strong glue will not hold the corners together once it has been broken. Please return the frame for a refund or replacement, I didn't expect you to repair the damage and I am sure your customers wouldn't want this from your product either.
