    I had a problem with my order I bought 6 picture frames and was sent 1 After emailing the seller they kindly sent my missing ones.     First order didn’t make it to the courier, so after thdelay plus bank holiday a replacement was sent and did arrive. Frame is nice, was good value and in good condition. Reservation a bit that I asked about a different courier as they had just lost another eBay parcel or option to pick up which usually works with that courier- the response ignored my questions completely just thanked me for getting in touch and included a tracking number. I get not being able to but at least ref my questions.

    Cancelled this order as ordered incorrect size. Was refunded straight away. Excellent communication with this order. I tryed to cancel an order from a different seller within 2mins of placing it, unfortunately they took my money & since ignored every message I've sent the past week 😡.     You get a positive rating for the price and quality of the frame - however - zero on choice of delivery company. Evri, is in my estimation, the worst logistics company on earth. They never ever deliver when they say they will and even when the say that it is to be delivered - they never get that right either. Their incompetence reflects badly on your company.
