So I ordered 3 x Freesat Refurbished 4K boxes, the payment went through immediately and then nothing from Freesat for a week at least. I kept sending updates but never received an answer. Even the status never changed to shipped. I had to go direct to Freesat to make any headway and even that took another week before I received any response. I now finally have the boxes but it was very poor service. Also be aware that these boxes are not covered by the EBay money back guarantee. A fix hopefully

Freesat box is perfect and works as it should. Delivery was late and communication from the company is non existent. Be aware that when setting up the box you may have to leave the unit switched on and plugged in for half an hour or so for the satellite signal to work.

Absolutely terrible!!!!!. Messaged them 3 times and got nothing back!!!. Box did not work. EBay had to step in so that we could send it back and then had to step in again to give us our refund!!!!. Worst experience on eBay ever!!! And we have been on here for nearly 20 years!!. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!.
