    FALSE advert item that arrived was cheap Chinese rubbish ! In incorrect font ! Item in image advertised is the correct item took over 2 weeks to arrive after first one never made it to post center AVOID at all cost time waster and complete false advert don’t waste your time find honest seller very unhappy especially after loads of messing round and longest wait for a parcel I’ve ever experienced AVOID !

    Scammer who tried to get a refund and keep an item. As a result, I gave him a return label, but the item was not returned, and he stopped writing to me.

    Ordered this log store from a UK seller, but had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. It was going to be 4 weeks but told them I would cancel the order. Log store is easy to assemble but needed longer screws, but as advertised & as I expected. Bought extra wood to put back pieces on to hold the logs in. Seller communication was good, but could have been faster & I only had it delivered a week earlier due to me pestering them daily for updates as it was sent without tracking.
