  Communication with seller was great. They went above and beyond. It's a great size of teddy for value. He's a cute bear. Arrived in great condition. The quality is good also. Despite having delivery issues due to a Canada strike of all things. The seller even resent it which wasn't needed in the end but I had and agreed their business from uk to uk should not affect us. Don't let it affect your decision in buying seller is 5/5 & out of their control. I would buy again in a heartbeat 100%
