  Updates were appropriately great. The product came promptly, and grossly, the cassette and cassette holder box are in perfect condition, like a new rental at a video store. I haven't watched it yet because I don't have a functional VCR right now. It arrived exactly as described and was very well packed, neither excessively packaged and totally indestructible w/o a bomb, but quite easy to open the box and well protected by packaging both inside and out.
