I was away for 4 weeks I had arranged for somebody to collect my post, I was not given a delivery date, I have spent my money and not received my goods,if the seller has proof of posting why will she not challenge the Royal Mail,I am the one who has lost the money,the seller was not very helpful and I would not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order on the 30.07.24 which was dispatched on the 31.07.24. In your message to me you said you didn't go away till the 13.08.24 which gave you plenty of time to ask where your items was. Instead you waited till you got back on the 15.09.24 to make a complaint to Ebay which then they went in my favour as you were over your 30 day money back guarantee. I also could not complain to Royal Mail as it was over 21 days! Beware of this buyer.
