One of the chairs was the wrong colour-took another week to bring the correct one (which arrived wrapped but not in original packaging-including the feet which were rattling around loose!). Can’t fault the communication though, replied to my messages quickly & delivery driver called half an hour before arriving.. I’m reasonably happy but not sure I would buy another suite on eBay without seeing the actual items first though.

Tried to con me off £300. Sent me an incomplete, and completely different sofa with marks that wouldn’t lift. I asked for a return for refund and opened a case. They Intentionally responded to the case on the last day to stall so they don’t have to refund accordingly. After collecting the sofa and not refunding me like they said, they began harassing my PERSONAL phone line. You chose refund. You then opened an 'item not received case' at this point we were arranging collection. We collected item and because you had opened case we were unable to refund and close case until eBay reviewed it or you closed the case. We then called you to try to inform you of this but you didn’t answer so we had to wait for eBay.
