The delivery company damaged it & the seller sent a replacement which got very minor damage, a minor scuff on the plastic. The seller made every effort to protect the chair & has learned from it & it shouldn't happen again and if it should it will B dealt with. A truly accurate rating of a seller IMO & this seller deserves the best rating. A+ Recommended Seller
