    Only when problems occur can a seller B truly judged by how they deal with the issue(s). That happened with the delivery of the item. The delivery company damaged it & the seller sent a replacement which got very minor damage, a minor scuff on the plastic. The seller made every effort to protect the chair & has learned from it & it shouldn't happen again and if it should it will B dealt with. A truly accurate rating of a seller IMO & this seller deserves the best rating. A+ Recommended Seller

Damage to base/hearth on arrival, contacted the seller to explain, the fella I spoke with was really polite, professional and very apologetic. The side tables are stylish and well thought out at the perfect height level for reaching your drink without having to go lower and having the possibility of spillage options to place ornaments on the shelves and hide the ugly remote control by placing on the second shelf still accessible from your chair or sofa. Overall for the price point a good product.
