Ordered this item on click and collect. Went to collect it as tracking showed it was delivered although I did not receive a collection code or bar code. The collection point said they must have a collection code or bar code (the tracking no alone was not enough). Contacted the company and ebay. The ebay advice was to contact the company which I'd already done. Reply from company when I contacted them was to wash their hands of it by saying the delivery is done by a 3rd party.

The code is sent to the buyer, not the seller, so if you did not provide accurate information, you could not have received it. Therefore, do not put the blame on the seller for your own mistakes. All you need to do is go to the post office and report the issue, but do not expect us to do this for you, because only you can do it — you are the buyer.

Exactly as described but is bought as a gift. Just had a problem with Evri delivery, not the supplier of product, Delivery driver dumped it in a neighbours garden, took picture to say it was delivered and cleared off. Luckily the neighbour had seen it on his camera and realised it was ours which was clearly labelled with our name and full address, he explained what the driver had done. Evri need this sorting as not everyone is honest and I didn't have a clue who's garden was on the picture.
