However the correspondence from the seller and his quick response to refund and his desire to come to a resolution for me, as the buyer, is reassuring that there are good honest sellers out there. A wee hiccup, but it won't stop me buying from this seller in the future.

I incorrectly submitted my request to the seller as feedback but they were very understanding. The seller then offered me a refund on the item as it was unusable and I was happy to accept it as a resolution. Although I don t have a working bottle filler, I have my money back so all in all I and happy with the outcome. The sellers communications were always good and they were very good to deal with. Great stuff.

The size was a bit of a let down the measurements provided were the longest extent when the items were fully extended - exaggerating their largeness in fact; but they are sort of what you expect for the money. The Quality is good and their condition is new as described. They like I said appear as you expect but you think you'd be getting the next size up, when you think of the provided measurement. Thank you for fast dipatch and good packaging!
