  Speedy delivery but I am very disappointed with these gloves. The fault lies with the labelling of the product not the seller.They are described as deerskin but are actually knitted fabric with leather palms. The seller has used the full description from the label and fabric is not mentioned anywhere! The photo of the shiny white backs gives the appearance of leather with a printed design. Don't be misled. Very expensive for fabric gloves.

  The seller very kindly wrote to me in apology that this was the last item and they discovered it damaged so would not send it to me. They were awaiting new delivery which they would alert me when available or I could seek elsewhere. I thought that was excellent customer relations, thank you

  The saucepan was exactly what I expected. I was informed by the seller that there was an issue with my original order and that I could either get an immediate refund or wait for a replacement. I was very impressed by the seller for this and said that I would be happy to wait for a new one to be shipped. It arrived even faster than expected. I will seriously consider using this seller again.
