    Postage was listed as free on the ad, despite this I was charged £4.99 post, I raised this with the seller and they didn’t refund the postage cost I was charged. Item was sent via a cheap untracked service & didn’t arrive. For £4.99 I’d have hoped it would be sent on a tracked next day service. Seller didn’t reply when I questioned them on the value for money of the postage cost. Refund only received after I raised a case with eBay. Disappointed!
