  An excellent vendor offering high quality Duracell batteries at a fair price with fast shipping. Much to like. Unfortunately my pack spit open in transit with 4 batteries lost. Royal Mail did what they could to bag up the contents and apologised. The vendor, on presented with the evidence of Royal Mail's damage, offered a proportionate refund to help offset my loss . Excellent service and better that attempting to negotiate with Royal Mail and maybe just get a couple of stamps.

  A slight annoyance in that the item arrived a couple of days later than expected but the batteries were very well packed in a neat cardboard storage/postal box. All in good condition with a very long expiry date (2034). I have purchased from this seller before and apart from the little hiccup on this occasion there have been no problems. I recommend this seller.

  Items as described but extremely poor packaging as not on a box as was on the picture. Came inside cardboard envelope and all the batteries were on top of each other. Few batteries were dented and when I informed the seller got refunded for the dented batteries. That’s highly appreciated. But now I have to buy another set of batteries as I was in need of 20 batteries. Hopefully seller will change the packaging. Fast postage and excellent customer service.

  Although the wrong item was sent, I am still leaving a positive 5 star review because the seller resolved the error courteously, promptly and efficiently with excellent communication throughout. I had received the correct item before I'd even had chance to return the wrong item! It's the way an error is dealt with that counts and this seller's Customer Service was excellent so wouldn't hesitate in purchasing from them again.

  Good price and service but the packaging wasn’t as shown in the advertised picture….batteries were all loose and had piled up inside a card envelope, possibly battery shortage can occur like this.
