    This order encountered a long delay in December, at Customs/import to UK, but instead of a terrible ordeal the excellent customer service from Joyce at Gainax2 Shop turned my first eBay experience into something really positive. Every query by me was answered promptly, followed up with tracking information. After the Customs backlog dragged on, Gainax2 couriered me a second item, which arrived in 5 days. Lens was new, as advertised, and perfect. Can't recommend these guys enough. Brilliant.
