Original item arrived with a damaged slate roof, not sufficiently wrapped. I contacted the seller who immediately requested another be sent straight away. It arrived 3 days later. It was wrapped in extra packaging & the roof was taken off & wrapped separately. It is a lovely quality wooden hedgehog house with slate roof. Price is on point for the quality of the wood/slate. It looks amazing!
