    Good service, delivery a day late - not their fault! As described - good Ebayer. New etc, as described - seller is good. The machine itself (NOT the seller) is at best 'ok', with having to replace the strim 'box' within the first 20 minutes, as it was produced incorrectly - the cord folded over itself - not the best tool - I would buy a different machine. That being said, the seller has been good.
